Chem-Free Systems, Inc. extends to the original buyer of our water vending equipment the following warranty:
- All parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We agree to repair or replace any part which proves to be defective with a similar part without charge for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase with the exception of the two filters.
- This warranty extends only to those parts that have not been abused or connected improperly. In the event a part fails we will replace said part after it has been examined by us and found to be defective.
- The warranty shall not apply to any machine or part which has been subjected to any accident, abuse, vandalism or misuse. This warranty extends only to the “Original Buyer” of the water vending equipment. This is deemed to mean that Person, Firm, Association or Corporation to whom the machine was sold originally.
- Chem-Free Systems, Inc. extends no warranty, expressed or implied to purchasers or users of its products except as herein set forth, whether by operation of law or otherwise. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ALLOWED!
