TERMS OF SALE
All orders are subject to Chem-Free Systems approval and acceptance. Any applicable taxes will be collected from the buyer as required by law. All shipments are FOB Delray Beach, Florida, USA. All shipments are sent insured for the purchase price. All packing and shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. All deliveries are usually made via UPS, FedEx Ground or by truck. We usually ship within a few days of the receipt of cleared funds. Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays may slow this process. All orders must be paid in full in USD and clear our bank account prior to shipment. We do not accept letters of credit or sight drafts. COD deliveries require a 15%, non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made using a credit card, check, wire transfer funds or direct bank deposit to our account. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 1.5% fee. The company shall not be held responsible or in default under any contract or order or liable to anyone for any losses or damages arising from delay, inability or failure to fill orders or to perform its obligations caused by acts of God, force majeure, fire, flood, explosion, accident, strike or other labor trouble, the exercise of civil or military authority, scarcity of labor or materials, transportation difficulties, demand exceeding supply, voluntary or compulsory application of priority rationing, limitation of production or any regulations by governmental order or any cause or circumstances beyond its reasonable control or resulting from any shortage or delay. All claims for shortages, errors or damaged goods must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment All claims for losses or damage must be placed with the carrier immediately. Chem-Free Systems is not responsible for goods after they have been delivered in good condition to the carrier. No damages from defective goods will be allowed, only the cost of replacement parts. All returns, for any reason, must be approved by the company. Buyer must pay all costs of freight and packing on any returns.
