All packing and shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.  All deliveries are usually made via UPS or FedEx Ground.  We usually ship within a few days of the receipt of cleared funds.  Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays may slow this process.  All orders must be paid in full and clear our bank account prior to shipment. We do not accept letters of credit, sight drafts or COD deliveries.  Payment can be made using a credit card, check, wire transfer funds or direct bank deposit to our account We are not responsible for delays due to fire, accidents or acts of nature which are beyond our control. All claims for shortages, errors or damaged goods must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment  All claims for losses or damage must be placed with the carrier immediately.  Chem-Free Systems is not responsible for goods after they have been delivered in good condition to the carrier.  No damages from defective goods will be allowed, only the cost of replacement parts. All returns, for any reason, must be approved by the company. Buyer must pay all costs of freight and packing on any returns.
