COMPANY RETURN POLICY

We offer all buyers an unrestricted 10 day opportunity to cancel your purchase and return the machine for a refund. The 10 day period starts from the receipt date. Your only responsibility is to pay for the cost of freight to return the unit. Note that if the unit is returned damaged then we will deduct the cost of fixing the damage. Call us so that we may assist you to prevent any damage. We do not accept the return of any equipment AFTER the 10 day grace period so please examine the equipment carefully and make certain that it meets your expectations.

WARRANTY

Chem-Free Systems, Inc. extends to the original buyer of our vending equipment the following warranty;

1. All parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We agree to repair or replace any part which proves to be defective witha a similar part without charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase with the exception of the two filters.

2. This warranty extends only to those parts that have not been abused or connected improperly. In the event a part fails we will replace said part after is has been examined by us and found to be defective.

3. The warranty shall not apply to any machine or part which has been subjected to any accident, abuse, vandalism or misuse. This warranty extends only to the "Original Buyer" of the equipment. This is deemed to mean that Person, Firm, Association or Corporation to whom the machine was sold originally.

4. Chem-Free Systems, Inc. extends no warranty, expressed or implied to purchasers or users of its products except as herein set forth, whther by operation of law or otherwise.
